Thank you for being a valued customer. Your satisfaction is our priority and we truly believe you’ll love our products. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause an unsatisfactory experience with our products or services. For those instances, here's our returns and refunds policy.

Return Policy:

Due to the personal nature of items sold, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right.

Refunds Policy:

We do offer refunds in certain circumstances but ask that you please let us know what the issue is (with photo evidence) so we can prevent it from happening in the future. Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Shipping Policy: 

Orders are shipped within 1-5 days of your order (Monday - Friday) via USPS  First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Larger packages may be shipped via UPS. We currently only offer shipping within the United States. If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for paying the second shipping charge to ship the package again so please double-check your addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. 

Why don’t my items look like the ones listed?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, you can expect slight variations in design and colors. Each batch of soap is slightly different, however, we do our best to portray a general idea of what your items will look like.

About the soaps:

All soaps are made using the cold process method. They are made with oils, lye, and water, and then scented with fragrance or essential oils and colored with mica. Soaps last longest when you use a soap dish or rack so that they can properly dry out between uses. The older the soap is, the better, however, the scent may fade over time. We recommend using the soap within one year of purchase. Store soaps in a cool, dry place. Soaps are for external use only. 

Allergy Warning:

We use a variety of different ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that it’s possible they may have been in contact with one of our products. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Please contact us if you have more questions.
